Welcome to the Build Africa Rewards Program! Build Africa has introduced a 4-tier Rewards Program. Each tier brings attention to preferences and invites benefits that increase in value. You can earn reward points on products and services purchased in any Build Africa store. We created a special point program to enhance your shopping experience by allowing you to earn redeemable points on every purchase. In addition to earning points, members will have access to exclusive member discounts, birthday specials, double point events, early access to sales, free delivery, free custom gift, early access to new products, private hotline, and much more as you unlock new tiers.

How do I begin to earn points?

STEP 1:   To qualify, shop for over MK 50,000 (including VAT) at a single transaction.
STEP 2:    Register your details with the supervisor at checkout and collect your card
STEP 3:     Scan your card at the till and start earning points

These general terms and conditions and policies may change from time to time so please check these before making any purchase. By registering to the Rewards Program, you have accepted the terms of this program.

LEGAL AGE AND CAPACITY

The program is available for any natural person who is over sixteen (16) years of age.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we are notified of any changes to your personal information ( including contact number and email address)

ABOUT THE CARD

Cards, lost or damaged, cannot be replaced. Cardholders must present a Build Africa Rewards Card  at every subsequent purchase

1. •Please ensure that all your details are correct before you start using your Rewards Card at till.


2. •It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your Rewards Card is presented and scanned at the till point at the beginning of a transaction. Any transactions made without the scanning of the Rewards Card  will not be recorded on your profile and cannot be recorded to your profile at a later stage.


3. •The Rewards Card is for the sole and personal use of the card holder and may, under no circumstances, be sold, lent, or transferred.


4. •Every purchase after confirmation of your registration earns points on the value exclusive of VAT.


5. •Reward points are not awarded on the redeemed value.


6. •Build Africa Rewards Program is not applicable for lay-by or credit transactions.


7. •In the event of fraud being committed by any person in respect of the Build Africa Rewards Card or any abuse of the Rewards Card  benefits,  Build Africa  reserves the right to revoke the benefits and/ or points accumulated


8. •Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase and earned points will expire after one year if not redeemed.


9. •The Build Africa Rewards Card is issued by and remains the property of  Build Africa. Build Africa  reserves the right issue, decline or withdraw the Rewards at any time and without any notice.


10. •Build Africa can and may use this data for analysis and marketing strategies


11. •If these terms and conditions outlined above are changed, all members registered will be communicated to
